Green Energy Detox Smoothie: If you feel like you’ve been over-indulging lately, try out this great recipe. It’s packed with healthy ingredients to help you shed the pounds.
Green Energy Detox Cleanse Drink
Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 serving
Serving size: 1 drink
  • 1 banana, frozen if possible
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 handfuls kale
  • ½ Tbsp all-natural, organic peanut butter
  • ½ red or green apple, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
  • ½ cup – ¾ cup ice if not using frozen banana


  • 1 tsp Stevia® or honey (optional)
  • *Optional ingredients are not included in nutrition calculations.


  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until drink has reached desired consistency.
  • If not using a frozen banana, then add ½ cup to ¾ cup chopped ice cubes to blender.

  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh* or frozen**)
