5 Internal Disappointments Every Bloggers goes through

Blogging is something many of us enjoy doing and i will admit it, it wasn’t always easy for me especially in the beginning when i didn’t know what to even write about!

I came to notice that there are few things that can be really disappointing when it comes to blogging that we often brush off. If you are thinking of starting a blog then you should know the good and the bad side of it.

Yes through your blog you can make passive income while you’re asleep (how cool is that?!).

if someone tell’s you it’s a piece of cake tell them it’s not true!

  3. Hey, Why no one comments!?

  5. You feel disappointed at yourself and where you are right now..

No one visits your blog and that’s discouraging.

Oh boy this is a winner and first in my list. Where is everyone? You Work your way to learning how to start a blog, then write the perfect blog titles to attract clicks (if you don’t know how to do that read how to use this blog catchy titles generator tools) then you make sure you don’t make this deadly mistakes that will kill your blog slowly.

And no one shows up….*insert crickets here*

This is really upsetting but for the fact it’s proven here that there is also the so called “What is the Google Sandbox Effect”.

What is the Google sandbox in SEO?

What happens is google basically places a filter on new websites which result in your website not receiving good ranking for important keywords or keyword phrases. So even if you write the best content, have plenty of other blogs linking back to you, you blog will still be affected!

How To Start A Blog With The Right Mindset

When it comes to learning how to start a blog with the right mindset I think that there are 3 factors ...

Want to get over that?

My friend you need to do a good research. Maybe there is a possibility of you not giving something your audience is really in need of.

You need to be more specific when it comes to your niche by researching, asking questions via Facebook related groups and even have a poll on your blog asking readers to vote or email you about one thing they are struggling with.

When you get your hands on the thing that repeats itself the most, Create a awesome, valuable Freebie and attach it to your opt-in form.

Make sure you share it on various social networks that your audience hang around and watch your list sky rock!

Hey, Why no one comments!?

It’s really something that happens and will keep happening … no one comments on your blog posts.

I went through that and what happened once my blog started getting traffic i got some random spam-my comments (write a comment if you can relate!).

I don’t recommend you publishing those, because you want to get and showcase comments that add value to you and your blog rather than just some random guy rumbling about how he found you via yahoo news (real story :D)!

One thing that helps is when you add a question to the end of your blog post.

Do you add a question or you just end with a “bye” line? (See how i did that?! That’s how you should engage and give them a reason to comment!).

Don’t forget to keep your content well structured and offer really valuable content.

If you really help someone with your post, He will share and comment to let you know how helpful it was!

You don’t find anything interesting to blog about anymore..

What happens when you run our of inspiration or ideas? At a point in the beginning of this blog i ran completely out of ideas because i didn’t even have a specific niche (i strongly recommend you read this 12 reasons no one read your blog ).

When the excitement is not there it feels like you’re writing something everlasting..unending.. that’s how i felt.

So before you find yourself into it, find something that really drives your and excites you to blog about.

Work your way by finding resources of inspiration that you can run to when you’re on your dry days.

Now i have figured my niche down, found inspiration and everything i do flows organically.

if i can be at this point of writing over 1000 words out of no where, you can definitely do it!

You feel disappointed at yourself and where you are right now..

You know the feeling when you just bought that domain, installed WordPress on your own (well done), got a theme and you’ve done all the stuff you should do in order to launch your blog and suddenly a feeling of disappointment rises.

Why?

There is no specific reason, you feel that you won’t become a good blogger, there are so many other bloggers that are already out there and who will read your post.

Before you keep that thought in your mind, let me remind you of your uniqueness.

No one can talk like you do or write a blog post the way that you do.

What worked for me is learning how to write in a way that makes me feel comfortable. Gone are the days that i would like to sound so proffesional or so on (not that i am not 😉 .. but you get me).

Just be yourself and do what you love!

Let’s Wrap everything up:

Don’t be discouraged when no one visits your blog, keep your head up and keep improving yourself and practicing good SEO and sharing your content.

Spice up that Opt-in Email with a valuable  freebie meanwhile you always end your posts with a question for maximum engagement in the comment section.

Find resources of inspiration that will keep you up and high when it comes to your niche and don’t feel disappointed at yourself, you’re the best person for what you do.
