7. Reusable rockets
The era of space-exploration has begun dozens of years ago and the humanity isn’t planning on stopping anytime soon. Needless to say, the production of rockets is not only expensive, but it also requires quite a lot of natural and human resources. Elon Musk’s SpaceX has been working on creating reusable rockets that would cost 100 less and would become perfect vehicles for multiple trips to space.
After a series of unfortunate tests, SpaceX has managed to successfully land more than a few rockets after launch. This year Musk went even further and launched one of those rockets – Falcon 9 – back into space for the second time. And he succeeded! The era of reusable rockets is upon us and we are about to make even greater discoveries about the Universe.
